45th Annie Awards To Live Stream

ASIFA-Hollywood announced today that although VIP tickets to the 45th Annie Awards are sold out, you can watch the ceremony live on our Annies streaming channel – http://annieawards.org/watch-it-live/. The fun starts at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 3rd.

The award ceremony’s multi-camera and audio set up will cover the entire ceremony – the celebrations, the touching moments, the laughs, the flubs, even the audience reactions. Viewers won’t miss a thing. It will be just like being there…only you won’t have to dress up!

“This will be the seventh year we have streamed the Annies. Each year, our broadcast gets better and our audience grows larger,” says Frank Gladstone, ASIFA-Hollywood’s executive director and the Annie Awards executive producer. “I expect this year will see even greater results as we live stream the 45th annual awards.”

Created in 1972 by veteran voice talent June Foray, who passed away in July at the age of 99, and in whose name the philanthropic June Foray Award was established, the Annie Awards have grown in scope and stature for the past four decades. ASIFA-Hollywood is the world’s first and foremost professional organization dedicated to promoting the Art of Animation and celebrating the people who create it.
